it is now hard to predict or forecast the actual weather season in Nigeria because up till now it is still raining. are we going to experience the harmathan season/winter,as the weather change may likely shift it or it may not occur. what will happen to our subsistence farmers,whose farming method are mainly rainfed or weather dependent? Food Security could be under threat here,someone please give me an idea?
