I am a social scientist working on biodiversity issues. My primary academic research focus includes such topics as: adaptation to climate change in vulnerable areas; policy tools for climate change solutions in developing countries (especially REDD+); socio-economics of biodiversity conservation; international poverty, environment and development nexus; and environmental security and environmental impacts of war and conflict.
