As a founder of the Rainforest Alliance, I lived in Costa Rica for 20 years; have just opened a home office in Oregon and will continue working with Rainforest Alliance and other colleagues worldwide from there. The organization's communications team, located in 10 countries, work to increase public understanding of and support for biodiversity conservation and sustainable livelihoods.
