From 1982 to 1999 I worked in the field of Environment development, Women, children, disability & indigenous peoples rights in Bangladesh, with the NGO UPAMA Mohila Unnayan Protisthan.
Last 9 years (2000 to 2009) I was in Canada and working for the women & children development. And also worked for the Ethnic community through the NGO, UPAMA Women Development Organization.
From this year (January 2010) I started work in Bangladesh with the NGO, UPAMA Mohila Unnayan Protisthan. And I desided to continue hear - in Bangladesh.
