- I am with Citizens Institute for Environmental Studies, in Korea. We are very alarmed by the South Korean Lee Myung-bak administration's development schemes, under the guise of "green growth," to camouflage plans to export nuclear and tidal power, and also to build a navy base on Jeju Island.
