I am working as Regional Manager in Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra,India. We are managing about 30000 hectares of planted teak forest. I am interested in livelihood programs based on Non wood forest produce. As Deputy conservator of forests I worked on livelyhood programs based on NWFP like tree GUMS, tree based oil(TBO) Bio fuels, lac cultivation etc. I believe there is huge potential going un utilized from vast natural resourses.
