Ugochukwu is a graduate of Accountancy with professional qualification in accountancy but has very strong passion for journalism especially the environmental journalism. I was writing for Financial Standard Newspaper based in Lagos, the Nigeria's leading business newspaper with diversified focus on other areas such as agriculture, environment etc. I am in-charge of reports on agriculture, global warming, mining, industrial polution and biotechnology. Ugochukwu has reported these areas for over 4 years and is willing to take up more challenges affecting the environment.
In the meantime, Ugochukwu is the national coordinator of the Journalist Network on Environment (JNE) which is being facilitated by Friends of the Earth Nigeria. Now Ugochukwu is the founding editor of The Agriculturist.
