I have a Masters in Conservation Biology and I have started my own NGO (Conservation Interaction) in order to bridge the knowledge gap between citizens and researchers.
Conservation Interaction has been conceived to create radio broadcasts that inspire and nuture people to become ecopreneurs and also allow researchers to understand where conservation problem hotspots are. By forming a two-way communication flow, it is hoped that biodiversity loss can be reduced as more sustainable uses are established and conflict resolution takes place.
I am currently in the start-up phase of the project and I am hoping to link up with like minded people using Biodiversity Media Alliance.
