The primary focus of my current job is to work with broadcast meteorologists to get basic climate and Earth Systems education out to the general public via the weathercast. I am a former employee of Save America's Forests, where I worked for roadless area preservation as well as on the campaign to stop road building in Ecuador's Yasuni National Park, one of Earth's most biodiverse (I love how the spell-checker doesn't recognize biodiverse!) places. The hallmark of my skills is probably my ability to communicate science to the public and why current research is important and beneficial.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
- Kristopher
