Graduated in Electrical Engineering - Emphasis on Energy Systems – by the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with specialization in telecommunications by the École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Électronique et Électrotechnique ESIEE,_Paris. Masters degree in Electrical Engineering by the Federal University of Minas Gerais. During the master’s course dedicated herself to the study of economic valuation’s tools for environmental damage and economic instruments for the policies’ promotion of renewable sources policies.
Works in the development of methodology for preliminary assessment of technical and economic feasibility of CDM projects and voluntary standards; in the development of methodology for baseline and monitoring for carbon credit projects; in the development of scenarios and trends of the electric power systems emission factors. Currently working in KEYASSOCIADOS as a manager on the development of carbon credits projects under the Clean Development Mechanism and the voluntary market standards in areas such as renewable energy, cogeneration, energy efficiency, waste energy and transport sectors. Some clients are: ArcelorMittal, ERSA and CPFL Energia.
