- I work as a Press Officer covering events and achievements within the Convention on Migratory Species. In addition, I have coordinated global species campaigns such as the Year of the Dolphin and the Year of the Gorilla. Planning events with Ministries and partner organizations and overseeing the production of publications in four languages is also part of my job.
The UNEP Convention on Migratory Species
The Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS or the Bonn Convention) aims to conserve terrestrial, avian and aquatic species across their entire range. It is an intergovernmental treaty concluded under the aegis of the United Nations Environment Programme concerned with the conservation of wildlife and habitats on a global scale.
